UBC has developed and is implementing detailed procedures to prevent pollution and protect human health and the environment. These procedures allow for mitigation of various environmental risks, and ensure environmental regulatory compliance.

Storage tanks are closed containers with a capacity of more than 230 L that are designed to be installed in a fixed location.
