Property insurance helps protect the university against loss or damage to all university-owned physical assets, whether they are located on or off campus.
Reporting property loss or damage
If loss or damage to UBC property (other than vehicles) occurs, complete the UBC Property Losses Claim Form and send it without delay (and not later than 48 hours (about 2 days) after the incident) to Insurance & Loss Prevention. Please note that claims will not be processed until all required details have been received.
